Terms of Service

Dealr.ae is a tool for tracking UAE off-plan property portfolios and payment plans. Agents keep every client's plan in one place; each connected investor sees their own portfolio, plan, and due dates, in sync with their agent. By creating an account or using Dealr you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• Dealr does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Portfolio values, equity figures, and similar numbers shown in the product are informational estimates based on the data entered; they are not valuations and should not be relied on for financial decisions.
• Dealr is not a party to any transaction between you, your agent, a developer, or anyone else, and is not a real estate broker. Payment plan data in Dealr does not replace the official records of a developer or the Dubai Land Department.
• Dealr.ae is an independent platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any property developer.

Keep your account information accurate and your email accessible (sign-in codes are delivered there). You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; you must be 18 or older.

Agents may add client details and send invites only with that client's permission, and are responsible for the accuracy of the plan data they enter. Investors control their connection: requests can be declined and an existing connection can be removed, which stops the data sharing described in the Privacy Policy.

• No unlawful use, and no entering data about people without their permission.
• No attempts to access other accounts' data, probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• No misrepresenting who you are or who you act for.

Dealr is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on estimates or data shown in the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

You can stop using Dealr at any time. To delete your account and its data, email hello@dealr.ae.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Dealr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
