Privacy Policy

Dealr.ae is a platform for tracking UAE off-plan property portfolios and payment plans, used by property agents and the investors they work with. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. You can reach us anytime at hello@dealr.ae.

• Account details: your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number, collected when you create an account.
• Profile details you choose to add: a photo, nationality, job title, RERA number (agents), and investment preferences (investors).
• Portfolio and payment data: properties, payment plans, installment amounts and dates, and related documents, entered by you or by the agent you are connected with.
• Usage data: how the product is used (pages viewed, features used, device and browser information), collected through the analytics tools described below.

• To run the product: keeping an agent and their connected clients in sync on the same payment plans and portfolios.
• To sign you in: we email you one-time sign-in codes (no passwords).
• To support you: answering messages you send us.
• To improve the product: understanding how features are used through analytics.
• With your permission (the optional tick at signup): to email you updates and offers tailored to your profile, preferences, and portfolio. You can unsubscribe or withdraw this consent anytime via any such email or hello@dealr.ae.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing is the point of Dealr. If you are an investor connected with an agent, that agent can see the portfolio, payment plan, and contact details held for you on Dealr, and you can see the plan data they maintain for you. Agents may add a client's name, email, and phone number to invite them; agents are responsible for having their client's permission to do so. Connections can be declined or removed, and disconnecting stops the sharing.

We rely on a small set of providers to operate Dealr, and your data is processed by them on our behalf:

• Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• Resend: transactional email (sign-in codes and service messages).
• PostHog and Microsoft Clarity: product analytics, including session replays in which typed text and personal content are masked.

WhatsApp messages between agents and clients (invites, payment reminders) are sent from the agent's own WhatsApp, not by Dealr.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you want your account and its data deleted, email hello@dealr.ae and we will action it. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Send any request to hello@dealr.ae and we will respond as the law requires.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped so each account can only read its own records, and administrative access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your payment and portfolio data as sensitive and protect it accordingly.

Dealr is not directed at anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the product. See also our Terms of Service.
